Summary: ‘The Pressure Game” is the sequel to “The Cheating Game”. (Part 3 in the 4 part Adam/Laura Arc.) Laura’s aunt Lil visits her niece Laura and little Peggy. Soon Lil learns that Laura yearns for Adam’s proposal and she decides to accelerate things a little by trying to make Adam jealous. Written by: Don Tait Directed by: Tay. These are the stories of Bonanza, the second-longest running scripted western and one of the most successful.Airing in color on NBC from the very start — few regular series were in full color in 1959 — the show lasted some 428 episodes (two two-part episodes included, both written as one episode).
Pausing the game during a Bonanza mini-quest causes the gems to vanish, but they reappear upon resuming the game. This most likely happens to prevent 'cheating.' Bonanza's mini-quest icon is the same one that also represents Stratamax. The Bonanza mini-quests' explanation contains a typo; it reads '1 minutes' when it should be '1 minute. Summary: A smooth-talking stranger, Ward Bannister, comes to Virginia City, offering Laura help on running her ranch. Upset with Adam for his unsolicited business advice, she's primed to be played by the slippery Bannister who's real intention is to steal her ranch.
